摘要: 预浸料自动化铺放成型是航空航天高端复合材料制造的重要工艺技术,其铺放工艺性是影响高质量、高效率、高稳定自动化铺放的关键因素之一,常以黏性与铺覆性评估。文章阐述了铺放工艺下预浸料黏结行为的形成机制,分析了内/外部影响因素及作用原理,对比了主流的黏性定量测试方法,总结了国内研究单位与应用方的相关进展情况,展望了预浸料黏性的未来研究和应用方向。

Abstract: Automated lay-up of prepregs is a crucial processing technique for manufacturing high-performance composites in aerospace industry. The quality, efficiency, and stability of automated lay-up is significantly influenced by the processing properties of prepregs, which are commonly evaluated by tackiness and drapability. This article provides a description of the formation of prepreg tackiness and an analysis of internal and external influencing factors as well as the mechanism. The major quantitative testing methods for tackiness and the domestic current progress in manufacturers and applications are summarized. And the application prospect on prepreg tackiness is outlined.
