Abstract:
On the basis of ultrasonic test theory model, the ultrasonic testing data acquisition and data processing methods were described. Computer control system for ultrasonic testing technology researched timedomain waveform signal processing based on ultrasonic board. The Cscan image and column chart of CFRP surface were obtained. The result showed that the test system based on automation can accurately test the void content of carbon fiber reinforced plastics on the spot.
