Guide for Authors

  • 1. Scope of Submission

    This journal publishes original academic research papers characterized by innovation, high quality, and significant contributions, as well as review articles and informational works reflecting the latest advancements in the discipline. Submissions must present clear perspectives, robust evidence, reliable data, logical organization, and coherent writing.


    2. Submission Requirements and Notes

    (1) Initial Submission

    Submit only a Word file (no author biographies, funding information, or compressed image files required).

    (2) Bilingual Information

    Provide both Chinese and English versions of the titleauthor names (≤6 authors), affiliations (with city and postal code), abstract, and keywords.

    For funded research: Include the fund namenumber, and details of the first author and corresponding author (name, gender, birth year, title, degree, and contact information: name, title, phone number, and email).

    (3) Title and Abstracts

    Title: Concise and precise; avoid abbreviations.

    Chinese Abstract: 200–300 words, covering research purpose, methods, and results.

    English Abstract: 300–400 words, summarizing research background, content, and findings.

    Keywords: 3–8 terms.

    (4) Units, Symbols, and Terminology

    Use internationally and nationally standardized units and symbols.

    Clarify foreign letters (font, case, italics, superscripts/subscripts).

    Foreign names and terms must be in English (no Chinese translations).

    (5) Figures, Tables, and Formulas

    Number figures, tables, and formulas sequentially.

    Include bilingual (Chinese/English) titles for figures and tables.

    Tables must follow the three-line format and use Chinese content.

    (6) Formatting

    Refer to the journal’s recent publications for specific style guidelines.


    3. Submission Agreement

    (1) Originality and Exclusivity

    Submissions must be unpublished in any formal domestic or international journal.

    Prohibited: Duplicate submissions, overlapping content across multiple submissions, or submissions in different languages. Violations result in rejection, notification to the author’s institution and related journals, and a ban on future submissions.

    (2) Review Timeline

    Authors will receive review results within 3 months.

    During this period, submissions are exclusive to this journal. For prolonged reviews, authors must notify the editorial office before withdrawing or submitting elsewhere.

    (3) Revision Deadline

    Revisions exceeding 30 days will reset the submission date to the revision return date.

    Revisions exceeding 30 days may lead to rejection.

    (4) Editorial Rights

    Authors bear full responsibility for content. The editorial office reserves the right to make technical/textual edits and substantive changes (with author consent).

    (5) Copyright Transfer

    Post-publication, all copyrights (including digital rights) transfer to the editorial office.

    (6) Fees and Compensation

    Authors pay a publication fee upon acceptance.

    The editorial office provides a modest honorarium and 2 complimentary copies of the issue.


    4. Fee Structure

    External Review Fee: 200 RMB.

    Publication Fee: 400 RMB per page.

    Honorarium: 30 RMB per 1,000 characters.


    5. Submission Process

    (1)Submission: Online via the journal’s website. An email confirmation will be sent.

    (2)Receipt: The editor assigns a manuscript number (emailed to the author).

    (3)Initial Review: Editorial screening; rejected manuscripts are returned.

    (4)External Review: Sent to field experts for evaluation.

    (5)Final Decision: Editor-in-chief’s verdict: AcceptRevise and Resubmit, or Reject.

    (6)Editing: Accepted manuscripts undergo formatting, proofing, and publication.
