Abstract: Carbon fiber reinforced high-performance thermoplastic composites are widely used in aviation, defense industry, railway transportation and other cutting-edge fields due to their superior mechanical properties, ease of processing, and recyclability. The interface is the weak link of carbon fiber reinforced high-performance thermoplastic composites and is one of the key factors affecting its performance. Great attention has been paid to the interface modification of composites. This paper summarizes the influence factors of the interface properties of carbon fiber reinforced high-performance thermoplastic composites, and focuses on the principles and methods of interface modification of carbon fiber reinforced high-performance thermoplastic composites.
