Study on curing deformation control of C-shaped composite beams

Abstract: Aiming at the curing deformation of the C-shaped beam structure of the civilian composite material, the simulation prediction models including heat transfer analysis model, curing kinetics analysis model, elastic modulus model, resin shrinkage model are established, and the C-shaped beam shrinkable. The curing deformation of the structure is predicted, and the prediction results have a small error compared to the test results. In this paper, the simulation prediction result of the curing deformation is used to guide the mold type correction adjustment of the C-shaped beam scaled-down component. The modification measurement of the C-shaped beam prepared by the mold adjustment is satisfied with the structural precision requirements, and the effective control of curing deformation of C-shaped beam structure is realized.
