Abstract: In this paper, the effects of yarn arrangement, curing temperature, curing time and other factors on the compressive properties and the pull-out strength of spikes of fiber-reinforced polyurethane synthetic sleepers are studied. It is shown that the density of yarn arrangement 1 is the closest to the design value, its compressive strength and modulus of compression are superior to other yarn arrangement methods, and its pull-out strength is the highest and its uniformity is the best. At about 55 ℃~63 ℃, the curing time is in the range of 55 ℃~63 ℃. The mechanical properties of the product are better after 60 minutes, the compressive strength is about 110 MPa, and the pull-out strength (ø22) of the spike is more than 55 kN.
