Abstract: The curing kinetics of an epoxy resin system for filament wound were investigated by non-isothermal DSC method. Based on the test data at different heating rates, the curing process parameters were determined. A n-order kinetic model was established and the activation energies obtained by the Kissinger equation and the Ozawa equation were compared. The results show that the gelation temperature of the resin system is 89.44 ℃, the curing temperature is 114.5 ℃, and the post-treatment temperature is 155.04 ℃. The curing process is in accordance with the n-order kinetic model.
