Abstract: Composite specimen was prepared by changing forming parameters. Ultrasonic testing was used for preliminary detection and screening. Porosity of specimen, voids distribution and morphology characteristic of typical area were counted and analyzed by metallography microscope. Experimental results show that the composite internal voids are caused by insufficient pressure and inappropriate bag vacuum. Pore distribution is inevitable and random, and pore morphology is related to porosity.
