WEIGHT REDUCTION OF A RADAR ANTENNA REFLECTOR

Abstract: Chemical etching method is used to replace the original stretch of copper wire grid surface process in the project, high strength polyurethane foam, J-164 filled rubber and low density fiber powder are used to make antenna reflector flange and strengthening ribs. The method shortened the antenna production period, reduced the weight. The contour accuracy satisfies the drawing demands by using reasonable post-treatment process.
