Abstract: With the development of wind power industry, wind turbine blade had been developed from the original kW to the latest 6MW or more. Wind turbine blade mold was manufactured from composite material with vacuum infusion molding process. The mold length was from the initial 10m to 60m or longer, and the surface accuracy became more and more difficult to control. The efficiency of wind power depended directly on the accuracy of blade wing. So high accuracy of mold surface was necessary for the mould to guarantee the high degree of coincidence for actual size and design value. Therefore, surface accuracy control of large wind turbine blade mould was studied.
