Abstract: In order to improve the bonding strength of metal/polymer interface, the bonding strength of metal/ polymer can be affected by surface pretreatments, the effect of various surface pretreatments such as grinding with emery paper, blasting, acid etching, phosphating and sliane coupling agents on the bonding strength by the shearing test are aim to ravel. The surface morphology were analyzed by means of profilometer, super depth three-dimensional microscope and scanning electron microscope (SEM) . The test results show coupling metal pretreatment can strikingly enhance the bonding strength of metal/polymer interface.
