STUDY ON STRUCTURE OF EMBEDDED POSITIONING TOOLING TO OBTAIN THE BUSHING BLADE MAKING ON THE T-BOLT MOLD

Abstract: Feasibility of embedded bushing blade making tooling was studied which positioned on the T-bolt blade making mold. The new tooling was designed and researched to make the bushing bolt wind turbine blade by matching to the T-bolt mold with the root reinforcement. It was a new way to make the bushing bolt wind turbine blade and the precision of bushing placement was guaranteed in the blade. After the few pieces of prototype was made and realized, the embedded technology on the T-bolt blade making mold was developed,which integrated the T-bolt mold resources idle without to make new bushing blade mold, reducing the production cost.
