Abstract:

The influence of the sizing with different component on the mechanical properties and microstructure of short fiber reinforced PA66 composites were investigated by using twinscrew extruder and injection machineThe results showed when the vinyl ester or melamine was added into T435D,the tensile strength,bending strength and Charpy impact strength of the short glass fiber reinforced PA66 were all improved to some extentThe microstructure of interface investigated using SEM was also improvedBut the latter was better
