Abstract:

This paper makes study on the defect of the typical honeycomb sandwich composite structure after the process of bonding It also finds the root causes based on the analysis of the material characteristic and stress shape Through the improvement of processes such as substep curing，aftertreatment of honeycomb and foam glue procure, the problem of surface deformation of the honeycomb sandwich composite structure after bonding have been solved.
