STRUCTURE AND PROPERTIES OF T300 AND DOMESTIC PANBASED CARBON FIBER

Abstract:

The microstructure, chemical composition of T300 and domestic PANbased carbon fiber(GCF) was studied by means of WARD,SAXS,RAMAN and XPS. Comparing GCF to T300,results show that the layer spacing d002 of GCF is lower than that of T300,both La and Lc of GCF are higher than that of T300.In addition,the size of the pores of GCF is bigger than that of T300,the bigger pore percentage of unit volume of GCF is higher than that of T300,and the micropore content of GCF is lower than that of T300.The content of surface oxygencontained functional groups of GCF is 31.35%,and the surface activity of GCF is lower than that of T300.
