Abstract: Structural testing is a necessary means to test the consistency and accuracy of the design of the blade product. Thus, accurately verifying the structural characteristics of large blades has become a key link in improving the reliability of blade structure design and manufacturing. Research on how to improve the full-scale test accuracy of large blades is studied from theoretical modeling analysis, static loading methods, fatigue loading methods and deformation, strain, and frequency measurement. Methods and means of high accuracy of test results are obtained through comparative analysis.
