Abstract: In this paper, tensile tests of carbon fiber composite material (CFRP) bolted specimens with different connection modes (single screw double shear connection, double screw double shear connection), different tightening torques (2 N·m, 4 N·m, 6 N·m) and different temperature environments (normal temperature and low temperature) were carried out under static load. The effects of force, temperature and connection mode on the static tensile properties of bolted connected components were investigated. The results show that under the same experimental conditions, the tensile strength of the specimens with double screw connection is significantly improved. Properly increasing tightening torque can effectively improve bolt connection strength; the tensile strength of specimens was slightly improved under low temperature.
