Abstract: The model of raindrop impact blade coating leading edge is established. The dynamics software is used to study the stress state of rainwater impact coating process. The viewpoint is proved by experiments, and then the optimal combination of coating materials is proposed. Finally, the buffering effect of water film on the surface of raindrops on raindrop impact during rain erosion is studied. The results show that the impact of raindrops will cause tensile fatigue damage of the coating. In the optimized combination of coatings, the paint with lower modulus is placed on the surface layer to reduce the tensile stress on the coating. The water film can significantly reduce the stress of the coating when it is impacted.
