    Many new type of composites come forth continuously recently,such as thermosetting composites and thermoplastic composites.These materials are widely used in aviation,spaceflight and architecture.As a result,the research of mechanical properties has attracted much attention at home and abroad.In this paper,elasticity theory has been employed,according to condition of incompressibility in fluid mechanics,analyzed mechanical properties for the thermoplastic composites.Constitutive relationships of anisotropic viscous materials,transversely isotropic materials were obtained.Viscosity parameters η11,η12,η22,η23 were determined by the micromechanics analysis.According to the research of laminates deformation,the constitutive equation and viscosity parameters′ijare obtained.Then these results are discussed.

    Based on the general theory of shell surface,the geometry equations and balance equations of arbitrary shape functionally graded material shells are established in this paper.Also,material character graded distribution along the shell thickness is imported in the physics equations,the general fundamental equations,boundary conditions and initial conditions with membrane-bending coupling of functionally graded material shells are established,which can be applied to analyze various functionally graded shells as a theoretical foundation.

     Five steel reinforced concrete beam-column joints strengthened with AFRP sheets and two unstrengthened joints are tested for comparing their influences on seismic performances.Based on the experimental results,the changing law of AFRP sheet strains are analyzed,and a new anchoring method is presented.It is found that the ultimate strength and seismic behavior of the joints strengthened with AFRP are improved remarkably|using X type AFRP sheets anchor in the joint core area is an effective anchorage method for seismic retrofitting.

    This paper analyses the applicability and strength losing with abradability of some high performance sewing yarn in the sewing process.It analyses the yarn damage with the method of straight drawing and bend drawing.Abrasion damage and abrasion life of the sewing yarns are investigated by using a self-made tribometer.The results show that the bend drawing strength is twice as much as straight drawing strength.The abrasion damage is one of the primary causes for sewing and strength losing.Abrasion damage becomes more serious with increasing abrasion cycles,and abrasion life becomes shorter with the increase of applied tension and machine speed.

    With waste printed wiring board powder employed as composites filler,new waste filler reinforced composites were developed via moulding technology process.Effects of the molding temperature molding pressure and waste filler content on the mechanical properties of waste filler reinforced composites were studied,and the application of waste composite was discussed.The results show that,with the increasing molding temperature,pressure and filler content,the composite anti-flexural strengths increase first and then decrease.Under the optimized moulding conditions,a composite with flexural strength of 107MPa and impact strength of 10kJ/m2 can be developed.

    Crack is one of the most common damages in composite laminated plates,and it is the chief factor of causing failures.When there is a crack in composite laminated plates,the inner energy distribution changes,and will cause significant changes in the dynamic behaviors.Therefore,the diagnostic rules of crack failures can be developed by studying the dynamic behaviors of composite laminated plates under healthy and damaged conditions respectively.

    The polarity and water absorption of ramie is reduced after modification,then it can be compounded with polypropylene as new and excellent automobile internal decorating materials.Experiment finds that melamine formaldehyde resin could reduce the ramie fiber's water absorption.But it usually has low storage stability.For improving the storage stability,the property of Melamine formaldehyde resin is modified by polyvinyl alcohol.The influences of the polyvinyl alcohol's addition,reaction's terminal,reaction temperature,pH and pH adjusting way,and solution's pH adjusting temperatures when it arrives reaction's terminal point no storage stability are investigated.The melamine formaldehyde resin can be stored stably for two months long.The ramie fiber was modified by home-made melamine formaldehyde resin,then unmodified and modified fiber's water absorption was detected,the result shows that modified ramie fiber's water absorption reduced notably.

    The cure system,with a organometallic salt as catalyst,of cyanate(CE) and bismaleimide(BMI) modified by DBA was studied by DSC,and the kinetic parameters were obtained by Kissinger and Crane formula.The system's cure technology was determined by IR and cure degree.Two cure stages were detected,which is belonging to the CE and modified BMI,respectively,due to the accelerating effect of the existence of catalyst on the cure process of CE.By analysis,the cure cycle was 170℃/2h,225℃/2h,240℃/2h,which made the curing reaction occurring completely forming the IPN polymer.

    In present work,it prepared copper clad laminates based on glass cloth reinforced polytetrafluoroethylene(PTFE),analyzed the effects of silane treatment and resin content on the flexural strength and morphology of the resulting prepregs.Moreover,the effects of glass cloth content on the peeling strength and the prediction of the dielectric properties were discussed.The results show that the best quality of the composite can be controlled by using the 6032-treated glass fibre and 70 wt% PTFE.The predicted value of dielectric constant agrees quite closely with the experiment results,but the predicted values of tanδdoes not agree with the experiment results.

    The influence on the mechanical properties and quality of fiber winding parts is analyzed by use of the winding with 4 coordinate axes,and the significance of the swinging angle B coordinate axis is discussed.The specific path of each coordinate axis is studied for the typical revolving mandrels,ellipsoidal pressure vessels.The fiber winding with 5 coordinate axes is experimental researched,to avoid the twisting and accumulating on the ellipsoidal head in the winding processing with 4 coordinate axes.The changes of yarns path are analyzed through the comparing of winding patterns on the same mandrel between the two kinds of fiber windings.The result of the experiment shows the accumulating on the head in the winding with 5 coordinate axes is preferably settled.
