STUDY ON VISCOSITY PROPERTIES OF UPR ADDING ATH

Abstract

Abstract: The viscosity of the unsaturated polyester resin(UPR) adding aluminum hydroxide(ATH) was tested and analyzed at different temperatures and various contents of accelerator by digital viscosity instrument. The result shows that the temperature is the dominant factor influencing viscosity of resin and the temperature plays more important role than the accelerator on the gel time.
