PVC-CFRP管钢筋混凝土梁弯矩-曲率关系分析

Analysis of moment-curvature relations on PVC-CFRP tube confined reinforced concrete beams

摘要: 本文对20根PVC-CFRP管钢筋混凝土梁开展受力性能试验,分析梁试件尺寸、箍筋配箍率、环向CFRP条带宽度与层数、条带粘贴方式、纵向CFRP布层数以及剪跨比等因素对试件力学性能的影响。结果表明:试件的破坏形态为箍筋及梁底纵筋屈服,CFRP条带被拉断。随着试件截面尺寸、配箍率、CFRP条带宽度与层数以及纵向CFRP布层数增加,试件极限承载力增加,弯矩-曲率关系曲线斜率增加,试件的曲率发展速度明显减缓;随着剪跨比的增加,试件极限承载力减小,试件弯矩-曲率关系曲线变化不明显。在相同配纤率条件下,CFRP条带粘贴形式对试件的承载力与弯矩-曲率关系曲线的影响较小。在试验研究基础上,考虑各因素对试件弯矩-曲率关系的影响,引入试件刚度调整系数,建立试件的弯矩-曲率关系计算模型。

Abstract: In this study, 20 PVC-CFRP reinforced concrete beams are subjected to stress tests. The effects of specimen size, hoop reinforcement ratio, width and number of layers of CFRP strips, bonding method of CFRP strips, layers of CFRP sheets and shear span ratio on the damage mode and moment-curvature relationship curves of the specimens were analysed. The results indicate that, the failure of the specimen was governed by the yielding of the stirrups and bottom longitudinal reinforcement, and the CFRP strips were subsequently ruptured in tension. In the elastic stage, with the improvement of reinforcement ratio, CFRP strip width and number of layers, and longitudinal CFRP sheet layer, the slope of the ultimate bearing capacity and moment-curvature relationship curves of the specimens increased, and the curvature development of the specimens slowed down obviously. As the shear-to-span ratio increases, the ultimate bearing capacity of the specimens decreases and the change of the moment-curvature curve is not obvious. In addition, under the same fiber ratio condition, the effect of CFRP strip bonding method on the specimens' bearing capacity and bending moment-curvature curves is not significant. Furthermore, on the basis of the tests, considering the influence of various factors on the moment-curvature relationship of the specimens, the adjustment factor of the bending stiffness of the specimens is introduced, and the calculation model of the moment-curvature relationship of the specimens is established.
