钛合金与碳纳米复合材料的制备及力学性能的研究

Preparation and mechanical properties of titanium alloy and carbon nanocomposites

摘要: 为探究成型工艺与温度环境对钛合金与碳纳米复合材料(CNTs/Ti)力学性能的影响,本文采用碳纳米管对钛合金材料表面进行改性,利用湿法球磨法制备CNTs/Ti粉末,采用选区激光熔化技术制备拉伸试件,系统研究了不同温度环境下CNTs/Ti的拉伸力学性能。结果表明:当球磨时间为5 h时,C元素显著增加至22.78at%;-58 ℃下,CNTs含量为0.6wt‰的试件抗拉强度最高,低温循环与低温(-58 ℃)下的变化趋势相同;600 ℃下,CNTs含量为0wt‰的试件抗拉强度最高。观察试件断口可知,试件在-58 ℃和600 ℃下仍旧保持较高塑性。

Abstract: To investigate the effects of forming process and temperature environment on the mechanical propertiesof titanium alloy and carbon nanotube composite (CNTs/Ti),this study modifies the surface of the titanium alloy material with carbon nanotubes. The CNTs/Ti powder is prepared by the wet ball milling method, and the tensile specimens are prepared by the selective laser melting technology.Subsequently,the tensile mechanical properties ofCNTs/Ti are systematically studied underdifferent temperature environments.The results show that when the ball milling timeis 5 hours, the content of element C significantly increases to 22.78at%. At -58 ℃,the specimen with a CNTs content of 0.6wt‰ has the highest tensile strength. The trend under the low-temperature cycle is the same as that at low temperature (-58 ℃). At 600 ℃,the specimen with a CNTs content of 0wt‰ has the highest tensile strength.By observing the fracture surface of the specimens, it is found that the specimens still maintain high plasticity at-58 ℃ and 600 ℃.
