模块结合面隔板高度对横流冷却塔组风量分配的影响

IMPACT OF PARTITION HEIGHT BETWEEN MODULES ON AIR VOLUME ASSIGNMENT OF CROSS-FLOW COOLING TOWER GROUP

摘要: 在机械通风横流冷却塔组出风口装上风阀,低负荷时便可停部分风机以降低能耗且避免气流短路。为研究在加装风阀时模块结合面间的隔板高度对塔组风量分配的影响,得到较优的隔板高度,数值模拟其冷态流场,并通过实验证明了模拟方法的可靠性。模拟并比较了无隔板、1/4高度隔板、1/2高度隔板、3/4高度隔板及完全封闭五种情况下的塔组流场,得到了单模块运行对周围模块风量的影响范围,研究了各模块风量的均衡性及总风量的变化,分析了风机停用模块进风面风量分布的均匀性。结果表明,上述几种隔板,单模块运行时,周边模块风量不小于运行模块风量的10%的模块数分别为6、4 、4、2、0;随着隔板高度的增大,总进风量先增加后减小,模块间进风量均衡性变差,风机停用模块进风面竖直方向进风分布的均匀性变好,综合考虑,1/2高度隔板相对较优。

Abstract: When air valves are installed at outlet of mechanical cross-flow cooling tower group, part of fans can stop to reduce energy comsumption under low load. To study impact of partition on air volume assignment of cooling tower group with air valve and get better size of partition, cold-state flow field of mechanical draft cross-flow cooling tower group has been simulated, and experiments have been done to prove the reliability of the method. Flow fields of tower group have been compared with five kinds of partitions: no partition, 1/4 height partition, 1/2 height partition, 3/4 height partition and sealing. This paper has analyzed the air volume balance between modules, variation rule of total air volume and uniformity of inlet air volume distribution of module without fan running. Number of modules beside single module running under different height partition mentioned above respectively are 6, 4, 4, 2 and 0, and air volume of those modules are not less than 10% of the module running. Along with the increase of partition height, total air volume first increases and then decreases; air volume balance between modules becomes worse; inlet air volume uniformity of module without fan running becomes better. Take all thought into consideration, 1/2 height partition is better.
