摘要: 氢能是21世纪最有潜力的新型能源,具有高能、环保、可再生等优点,但氢气的储运技术滞后严重限制了其大规模应用。碳纤维缠绕复合材料氢气瓶因具有质量轻、韧性强、耐疲劳性好等优点,在储氢领域具有广阔的应用前景。本文综述国内外高压气态储氢技术研究现状,并结合国产碳纤维复合材料应用现实,论述了碳纤维缠绕储氢气瓶制备的技术要点、标准规范以及成型设备等方面的最新进展,展望了碳纤维缠绕储氢气瓶的产业前景。

Abstract: Hydrogen is the most promising new energy in the 21st century, which shows advantages of high energy density, excellent environmental friendliness and good renewability, etc. However, the slow development of storage technology for hydrogen has severely limited its large-scale application. With the advanced performance of light weight, high obdurability and good fatigue resistance, the carbon fiber filament winding composite cylinder has showed the great potential in hydrogen storage. This paper reviews the current progress of high stress gas storage technology for hydrogen in the world. Based on the ongoing application of domestic carbon fiber composites, the newest progress in preparing technology, standard specification and processing equipment of carbon fiber composite hydrogen cylinder is fully analyzed. The future prospect for the application of carbon fiber composite hydrogen cylinder is expected.
