基于最小二乘多项式拟合的连续纤维基准铺放路径

Continuous fiber reference laying path based on least squares polynomial fitting

摘要: 为进一步对纤维曲线铺放基准路径拟合方法进行研究,寻找空间曲线更精确的表达方式,提出基于最小二乘多项式的基准路径拟合方法。对比不同类型基函数的拟合效果和误差,确定了多项式为拟合基函数;基于最小二乘多项式拟合方法,编写相应的Matlab程序,求解得出基准路径参数方程,得到连续的纤维曲线铺放基准路径,通过算例验证了最小二乘多项式拟合的可行性和准确性。

Abstract: To further study the fitting method of the reference path for fiber curve laying, and find a more accurate expression of space curve, the reference path fitting method based on least squares polynomials is proposed. By comparing the fitting effects and errors of different type basis functions, the polynomial was determined as the fitting basis function. Based on the Least squares polynomial fitting method, the corresponding Matlab program was written to solve the reference path parameter equation, and continuous fiber curve laying reference paths were obtained. The feasibility and accuracy of the least-squares polynomial fitting were verified by numerical example.
